E. Tinna Jackson is an accomplished and results-driven operations and strategic planning executive with broad based expertise building and leading effective strategies for human resources, operations management and team leadership in high-visibility, time-critical environments.
Ms. Jackson has contributed to the stable, sustained leadership of Human Resources for the Republican National Committee since 2015, directing onboarding, employee engagement, professional development, and other HR issues for hundreds of employees at RNC headquarters in Washington, D.C. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Ms. Jackson serves as a trusted executive advisor to RNC leadership, maintaining authority over daily HR responsibilities while continuing to innovate groundbreaking improvements to strengthen the organization. Her ability to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and systems ensures the RNC’s continued ability to meet challenges with a talented, well-prepared workforce.
Ms. Jackson is responsible for delivering hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings through her management of employee benefits programs, and assumes a lead role working with RNC attorneys to ensure employee compliance with codes of conduct, safeguarding the organization’s reputation at a time of heightened visibility and scrutiny.
Prior to joining the RNC, Ms. Jackson held a series of senior roles at Equal Justice Works, Aegis Defense Services and the Entertainment Software Association. Ms. Jackson also served in the United States Senate for over 10 years as both Deputy Chief of Staff where she managed day-to-day operations and administered a multi-million-dollar budget and Executive Office Director, where she managed the Member's priorities, executive office and support staff.
Ms. Jackson founded Jackson Consulting Group, LLC to provide her expertise and support to growing organizations and decision-makers in the ever-changing DC landscape. With a focus on people strategy, team development and executive coaching, Ms. Jackson has helped leaders and the organizations they serve achieve successful outcomes.
Ms. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from National-Louis University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and the National Association of Professional Women.
